Site Selection
Visible Venues takes away the biggest labour-intensive, time-consuming task
of locating, evaluating and contracting appropriate venues for your company's
events. On your behalf we will:
- Discuss the requirements of your event and gather quotations
from various venues that meet your needs.
- Provide you with our recommendations along with pricing
from each of the venues.
- After making your final choice of venue, Visible Events
will arrange for a contract to be drawn up from the venue,
for your approval.
- Once you have signed the contract, you will be put in direct
contact with the appropriate coordinator at the venue, or
alternatively, we are here to assist you all the way.
- Visible Venues do 'not' charge you for the venue finding
service. We are compensated by a placement fee from the venue
that contracts your business.
- Special requirements made by you may incur a service charge,
but we will always advise you of these charges at time of
request. (e.g.: Site Visits, Airport Meet & Greet Services,
transportation, etc.)
